Pet Owners:
You are expected to control your pets while on premises. Any damages caused by your pet in your cabin will be applied to your deposit following check out. If damages are not found, your deposit will be returned to you in its entirety.

Deposits for Offsite Properties:
The equivalent of one night’s stay as a deposit is required to hold your rental.
The deposit is fully refundable after check out upon a clear inspection of your unit and will be applied to the card that we have on file.
 
Reasons to withhold a deposit include, but are not limited to:
Damage to any Tall Timber Lodge Offsite Property
Unit requiring extensive cleaning
Evidence of a pet in a pet-free Offsite Property

Policies

  • Cleaning Fee: A 3% Cleaning Fee is applied to guests of all Tall Timber Lodge units.

  • Dining Room Gratuities are not included and may be given at each meal, or if more convenient, to the front desk during check-out and we will be happy to distribute it for you.

  • Housekeeping: Includes kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. Fresh towels are given daily upon request.

  • Cable TV: All cabins are equipped with cable TV and DVD player.

  • Rollaway beds: If needed, rollaways are available for an additional fee of $20.00 per day.

  • Deposits: An advance of one night’s rate is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation and is applied to the last day of your scheduled stay.

  • Pet Owners: You are expected to control your pets while on premises. Any damages caused by your pet in your cabin will be applied to your deposit following check out. If damages are not found, your deposit will be returned to you in its entirety.

  • Check-In: Lodging is prepared for check-in after 3:00 P.M. Early arrivals can register in the office and begin to enjoy the lodge facilities.

  • Check-Out: 10:30 A.M.

Cancellations

Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is less than 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit only if we rent your vacant reservation. Returned deposits are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
