Policies

Lodging Gratuity Charge: Except for Angler's Cove, Bess, and our other Off site houses and cabins, a voluntary and customary lodging gratuity is added for the convenience of our guests. A 3% Lodging Gratuity Charge is applied to Housekeeping guests. A 7% Gratuity Charge is applied to guests requesting Full Maid Service and Lodge Room guests.

Dining Room Gratuities are not included and may be given at each meal, or if more convenient, to the front desk during check-out and we will be happy to distribute it for you.

Housekeeping: Includes kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. Fresh towels are daily.

Bagged Lunch: $8.00

Cable TV: All cabins are equipped with cable TV with VCR.

Telephone: Two phones are available in the lobby.
Rollaway beds: If needed, rollaways are available for an additional fee of $20.00 per day.

• Deposits: An advance of one night’s rate is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation and is applied to the last day of your scheduled stay.

• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is less than 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit only if we rent your vacant reservation. Returned deposits are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

February Vacation: February 3 to February 28
Memorial Day: May 24 to May 27
Labor Day: August 30 to September 2
Columbus Day: October 11 to October 14

• Check-In: Lodging is prepared for check-in by 3:00 P.M. Early arrivals can register in the office and begin to enjoy the lodge facilities.
• Check-Out: 11:00 A.M.
