The Pelcian Point House
A house and a cabin that sit on 170 acres with one mile of Missouri River front and great fishing. The house is less than five minutes from the freeway and a short walk to the river. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, a large kitchen, and a comfortable living room area. It is nestled away behind a bluff with trees and a large spacious yard. The cabin sits right on the river. Although smaller than the house, it has three bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficient kitchen, and a comfortable living room.

The Pelican Point Rentals Cabin
Both the cabin and the house have gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and river. The land is minutes away from Pelican Point boat launch and between Craig and Cascade. You can fish to the land, stop for the night, and continue your float to Cascade the next day. For larger parties, rent the house and the cabin together (don't worry about crossing paths with the other renters if you rent only one - the house and the cabin are about 1/4 mile apart).

When not fishing, there are two ponds on the land and other ponds within walking distance on land owned by the State of Montana. The area is recognized as a bird watching paradise. Go for a walk, do some bird watching or grab a book and sit on the river and read all day.
